The Alpaca Registry

The ARI serves as a valuable storehouse of information for North American alpaca breeders. Its primary job is to gather and maintain accurate genealogical records, focusing on the expansion and accuracy of those records. Up-to-date owner and member lists are maintained and new accounts created for new owners and breeders.

New England Alpaca Owners and Breeders Association (NEAOBA)

NEAOBA promotes public awareness of alpacas in New England and brings a national focus to New England as a wonderful place to raise alpacas. They focus in providing information to the public, including possible new owners, about the animals themselves, their investment potential, and the fiber they produce. NEABOA is essentially a network of internal communication among New England alpaca owners and breeders.

Alpaca Owners and Breeders Association (AOBA)

The AOBA association was formed to promote public awareness and membership appreciation of the Alpaca's unique qualities. They focus on educating on the care and breeding of the Alpaca and promoting the growth of the Alpaca industry as a whole. AOBA makes sure to foster the establishment of the breed outside of its native land by encouraging husbandry and breeding practices based upon, but not limited to, herd health, overall soundness, and alpaca fiber production and products.
